Job Responsibility R&D CHEMIST/FORMULATOR FOR ALKYD & AMINO RESIN: Qualification :
Education min. S1 / bachelor's degree of Chemistry / Chemical Engineering (not a must) Having experience as R&D Chemist/Formulator especially for alkyd & amino resin for more than 5 years Having sufficient knowledge on alkyd & amino formulation Able to improve the quality of existing products Able to fulfil customer requirement related to product quality Able to follow up & solve customer complaint related to product quality Strong team work is required to support to Sales, Technical & Production Fluent in English verbally and written Having presentation skills and preparing reports Placement at Cikande factory Job Description / Main Tasks: Prepare formulation for R&D cooking/trial of alkyd & amino resin Monitor during process of R&D cooking/trial Review process & result of R&D cooking/trial Set up R&D Laboratory to get the best result Check & evaluate resin sample from outside Prepare samples for customer based on sales memo/requirement Improve resin quality of the existing products based on customer requirement Release new products based on market/customer requirement Prepare R&D report: weekly, monthly, project, sample in & sample out Follow up & solve customer complaint related to resin quality Ensure HSE implementation well at R&D Laboratory Check & evaluate new raw materials or new suppliers through R&D cooking Give training to related person/dept.
