**Job Responsibilities & Duties**:
Red Dot Payment is a payment service provider in the Southeast Asia region to businesses (i.e. merchants) looking to accept digital and online payments (including credit and debit cards) by delivering a suite of e/m-Commerce payment gateway solutions, payment-related marketing and consulting services. Certified by the leading international payment schemes such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and China UnionPay, RDP offers a complete range of secure payment processing solutions in markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and more to come.
We are currently seeking a new team member to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia, to support the administration of Finance (incl Tax), HR (incl payroll) and office-related matters.
Finance & Office Admin
- Handle general office administration in the areas not limited to management of staff passes, door/cabinet keys, visitors, meeting rooms maintenance, mail/courier, stationery & pantry supplies, petty cash and maintain office contracts/invoices, office inventory
- Ensure compliance and follow-through of processes, documentation and resolution of issues
- Manage supplier & office vendor contracts
- Handle basic Finance/Accounts reporting and liaise with external consultants/agencies
- Coordinate accounting tasks with internal Finance department and external consultants on withholding taxes on purchases, payments, payroll taxes and monthly reporting to authorities
- Support Finance/accounting documentation, accounts receivables and payables/payments
HR Admin
- Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly staff payroll, tax and BPJS
- Administer staff benefits
- Organise company events, meetings and staff activities
- Assist with general HR duties and reporting
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree qualification with at least 2 years' relevant experience in accounting and office admin
- Proficient in MS Office and internet-savvy
- A team player with a keen attention to details and has good communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
