MyRobin.ID one of the biggest on-demand, pre-screened blue-collar workers on a long and short-term basis platform in Indonesia is #hiring Recruiter Intern: Yogyakarta.Responsible for identifying clients' hiring needs, especially in the** sales, **manufacturing, oil, gas, and telecommunication industries**, and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent.- .Partnering with the Business Development team to understand client's hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications required for each position- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent- Performing other pre-employment screenings for positions requiring specific skills and safety requirements.- Providing regular updates on the status of their recruitment process and ensuring that the recruitment process meets the client's specific needs and timeline.**Requirements**:- Domicile in Yogyakarta.
