**Who we are searching for**:

- Education background from Psychology, Human Resource or related field
- Experienced in Recruiting Retail Industry for 3 years minimum
- Excellent research/sourcing skills including use of LinkedIn/Job street and alternative sourcing method
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Passionate about recruitment-related project (admin + heavy screening, and repetitive data operations)

**Job Role**:

- Managing documents and data related to recruitment process including applicants documents until new employee account
- Manage recruiting pipeline including determining resources status
- Supporting in other recruiting/HR initiatives to provide the best recruiting supports
