Recruitment Supervisor & Recruitment Generalist

Requirements:

- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment (SPV), Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment (Staff)
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks;
- **Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for each position level is a MUST;**:

- Can work with targets under pressure and initiative;
- Experience working in the Head Hunter sector is a plus;
- Great negotiation skills
- Track record of driving process improvements with data

Job Descriptions:

- Utilize a variety of creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract and engage the best talent in the market. This includes passive and proactive source channels;
- Responsible for recruitment records and reports to be accurate and up-to-date.
- Work with HR Manager to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Perform follow-ups with HR manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategy implementation
- Ensure minimum qualifications are met for position postings
- Provide coaching to HR recruiters by giving feedback, developing plans for employee growth, and documenting performance issues or concerns
