Job Responsibility Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Main objectives of this job:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition has a responsibility in developing human resources through recruitment programs
that are carried out regularly according to the company's needs in order to achieve company goals. This role is to
ensure that every position needed by the company is filled by the right talent in the right position. Personal Task:
1. Participate in the recruitment process that involves procurement, screening and selection of ideal individuals.
2. Ensuring the recruitment process is met according to the SLA and KPI that have been determined for all levels.
3. Manage recruitment path including determining resource status and requirements, end to end recruitment process
from sourcing process to employee joining.
4. Create, build, maintain and develop a potential recruitment network to become an effective and efficient sourcing
tool.
5. Develop and manage employee communication and engagement initiatives within the employer branding
framework.
6. Conduct periodic search and data collection of pipeline & talent pool database.
7. Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by Management.
8. Carry out every recruitment progress data and daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually analytical & reports
properly and comprehensively. Job Requirement: Experience:
1. Minimum S1 graduate ( Psychology / HR Management)
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the related field of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
3. Have experience creating employer branding programs on social media as support for creating a talent pool.
Skills & Knowledge:
1. Strong knowledge of end to end recruitment process.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, and good understanding of human relations.
3. Good guidance, counseling and negotiation skills, at all levels
4. Good team work skills
5. Problem Solver, Strong with the initiative and proactive work ethic (knows what to do & can think two to three steps ahead)
6. Strong coordination skill, humble, strong communication is the key
