Hold Bachelor's degree.

Business level English.

At least 10 years experience as Sales for Consumer Product (FMCG) in Multinational company.

Good knowledge about GT & MT business (handling well known MT).

Key account experience.

Connection with Alfarmart/Indomaret, etc.

Stable career

Active person (NOT passive).

Tanggung Jawab

Regional Trade Sales Manager in Sumatra (Medan) area managing 41 distributors.

Using the allocated promotion budget to maximize the area sales.
Implement & evaluation for promotion which planed by HQ.
Managing the stock level each distributor and avoid any out of stock.
Managing SPG to create good touch point.
Visit to Jakarta for sales meeting purpose.

Working under Senior Sales Manager who is in charge of Manager in Sales team.

Each distributor has sales team to communicate closely with them and manage distributor.

Other related tasks as assigned.
