Regional Sales Manager (West Area) - Surabaya

**Responsibilities**- Support the learning and development of the sales team- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads- Track and report all sales activities- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis- Create and develop relationships with distributor and wholesale partners- Drive all key sales initiatives originating from Regions and Headquarters- Ensure sufficient stock for monthly promotions and new launches with appropriate sales forecasts- Plan quarterly, monthly and weekly targets**Qualifications**- Have Experience in Handling for West Indonesia is a must- Have minimum 5 years' experience working in FMCG company as Regional Sales Manager- Willing to be placed in Surabaya- Experience managing sales teams- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads- Excellent written and verbal communication skills710
