Strengthened by 2 branches in the East Java region, namely Surabaya and West Java, namely Bandung and 4 Sales Centers in Yogyakarta, Kebumen, Tegal and Semarang which are supported by Human Resources (HR) will now develop to produce reliable outsourcing.

**Position: Relationship Manager Development Program**

**Job Descriptions**:

- The Relationship Manager Development Program is the same as the Management Trainee for Sales & Marketing for Relationship Manager Banking Industry. Undergoing this OJT (On Job Training Contract) period within 10 Month. The Relationship Manager Development Program (RMDP) is an accelerated program from the Bank to build sales and leadership skills in the Wealth Management business. You will attend training and work on projects.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Education min. S1 from Reputable University, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4).
- Have a maximum of 2 years work experience as Sales or Marketing in the banking industry / financial institution.
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- Persuasive and have good communication skills.
- Tough and highly motivated.
- Neat and attractive appearance.
- Having an extensive network is a plus.
- Clear BI Checking
- those who take part in this program are willing to take part in the development program for 10 Months. **and this program is more directed to a special Relationship Manager in Mortgage.**:

- **Maximum Work Experience for full time 2 years, without trainee experience.**:

- **Maximum 25th y.o.**:

- **Willing to be placed at Tangerang only.**
