**About the Role**:
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and enhancing relationships with our existing borrowers. Your responsibilities will include cultivating strong connections, proactively seeking referrals, managing top-up limits, and more.

**What You Will Do**:

- Ensure the performance in line with the target that has been set by management.
- Review all aspects of the credit process, from document collection to disbursement.
- Actively participate in deal preparation and execution, adhering to timelines.
- Monitor borrower DPD (Days Past Due) and develop strategies to support existing borrowers.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SME/Commercial Banking Relationship Management.
- Excellent knowledge of SME and commercial products, as well as related banking products, for accurate guidance.
- Possess good integrity, strong initiative, and a positive working attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, negotiation prowess, and understanding of credit risk.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
