Begin your journey with us today.- Reply to WhatsApp chats, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages to answer any enquiries.- Need to communicate with manager on daily basis for task (online).- Must have good attitude to reply text messages.- Fast response to new message from leads.- Storing or keying data accurately to the software system.- Admin ad-hocs (printing attendance for class).**Job Requirement**- Fresh graduates are welcome- Fluent in English will be a plus point- Fluent in Bahasa (Indonesia)- Able to adapt with fast-paced working environment- Fast learner (able to learn to use in-house system to handle leads)- Meticulous (very careful when doing tasks)**Working Arrangement**- Mon to Fri (9am-6pm)- Fully remote working- Remuneration: IDR 3.000.000 /month**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Solo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
