Reporting And Investor Relation Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly consolidated financial reports.
- Prepare quarterly financial analysis reports.
- Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements to be submitted to OJK.
- Prepare consolidated budget and forecast.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
- Prepare monthly intercompany transaction reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly reports for external purposes (OJK and/or IDX).
- Assist to prepare Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
- Liase with auditors during annual financial audit.
- Prepare reimbursement request.
- Prepare daily cash flow reports.
- Maintain and upload additional information on website.
- Male or female, with age maximum 30 years old.
- Bachelor degree majoring in accounting or finance IPK > 3.25.
- Minimum working experience 3 - 5 years in finance and accounting.
- Having experience in public accounting firm will be an advantage.
- Good technical knowledge in general accounting, especially consolidating financial statement.
- Hands-on working experience using Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
- Has working experience in using ERP system eg. SAP or Oracle.
- Honest, disciplined, detailed, initiative, responsible and meticulous.
- Good analytical thinking, time management, able to work in a team, and hard working.
- Possess positive attitude, good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English will be an advantage.
- Willing to be positioned at Jakarta.
- Added advantage - possesses brevet certificates (A, B and C) and any other relevant certificates.

Lawang - Malang, Jawa Timur.
