Research And Development (R&D) Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Having good knowledge about the production process
- Receive and discuss problems related to production results with related departments
- Able to analyze problems in production and be able to provide the solutions to these are problems
- Looking for new innovations to produce products that can compete in local and international markets
- Conduct research and develop new product, manufacturing procedures and specification for new product
- Conduct cost effectiveness of product
- Responsible in new product development up to mass-scale production
- Conduct improvement of existing products
- Monitor the stability of new products, observing stability test and compatibility test

**Requirements**:

- Male and maximum 30 years old
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering / Chemical Analyst / Textile Chemistry
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Minimum 2 years of experience as R&D, preferably in Textile Industry
- Passionate in Textile Industry
- Having good communication, strong analytical and problem solving
- Technical knowledge of chemistry, weaving production, fabric construction and other raw material used in the têxtile industry
- **Willing to be placed at Jatiuwung - Tangerang**

**Job Type**: Contract

- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
