Research And Development Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new products and improvement on existing products
- Develop and improve SOP of all product processes
- Prepare the standard formulation for all NPL and non NPL product
- Do trial product development
- Monitor the first production day for new product
- Collaborate with marketing for conduction customers trial and testing
- Prepare costing for new product and improve cost saving on existing product

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Food Science or similar area
- Minimum 2 years experience in R&D area (noodle or snack)
- Willing to be placed in Bogor
