- Perform documentation process for ongoing projects
- Coordinating the correspondence process and R&D trials
- Perform other duties and obligations in R&D
- Have an understanding and knowledge of raw materials in the field of bakery and cake
- Have good skills and knowledge for computers (ms. Office)
- Have good administration and time management skills
- Have a good understanding for HACCP, food safety and food regulations
