Looking for **female** reservations person to work in Bandung Office.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Taking care of reservations
- Reply to whatsaap chat and call
- Answering Phone
- Guest complaints
- Checking on Room Allotment in OTA and our system

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Female **only**:

- English and Indonesian reading and writing skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- VHP hotel software will be plust point
- Good communication skills with guests
- Be able to handle guest complaints
- Use initiative and be able to work on their own.
- Be willing to help other departments with other duties when required

Pay: Rp250,000,000 - Rp350,000,000 per month
