Reservations Agent

**Job Description**:

- You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience to come when they arrive.
- Creates and maintains reservation records, prepares letters of confirmation and promptly processes any cancellations and modifications.
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling.
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.

Work Experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Guest focused personality is essential. Shows pleasant & professional telephone manner.
- Min. of 1 year experience in similar position.
- Prior experience working with related system and other computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Well organized and able to prioritize in a busy environment.
- Obtains up selling and sales skills.
- Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff.
