Full-Time Monday to Friday / flexible hours - Work from Home

**Salary**: 420 - 600 USD per month (full-time)

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition in the UK office to identify, qualify, and build meaningful relationships with talent worldwide. The role also offers opportunities for growth beyond our talent acquisition department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Be an excellent communicator with exceptional literacy skills
- Provide attention to detail in matching relevant skills to technical requirements
- Develop a network, build talent contacts, relationship building
- Be dynamic, flexible and hard-working approach to work

**Who You Are**:

- Have strong academic performance with supporting qualifications.
- Experience in the field of recruitment/talent acquisitionor a similar role.
- Highly motivated person, keen to expand their experience beyond their current role.
- Able to overlap part of your working day with UK business hours.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Develop a network, build talent contacts and relationship building.

Pay: Rp6,287,937 - Rp8,982,767 per month
