**Restaurant Manager (VIEW Steak Bar)**
As a Restaurant Manager of VIEW Steak Bar, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the success of a high-end dining establishment. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional dining experience, managing a team of skilled professionals, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

What you will be doing:
- Ensures guests are well looked after, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.
- Enquires whether guests are satisfied throughout the meal.
- Offers attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraint.
- Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
- Promotes the F&B offer under his/her responsibility.
- Organizes the work for the team, including the need to multi-skill in employees' job requirements.
- Ensures the point of sale is prepared to a high standard.
- Takes the global level of activity into account when managing the flow of guests, placement at tables and reservations.
- Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition.
- Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, including revenue and expenses.
- Control costs, such as food and labor costs, to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as profit and loss statements.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to increase sales.
**Qualifications**:
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable in steaks and wine.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized person with strong planning skills.
- Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others are essential.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- International experience is a plus.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Goal and results oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Food safety certification may be required.
