Retail Development Analyst Manager

Job Descriptions
- Spearhead the design of retail outlets and provisioning of facilities and fixtures to draw traffic into the outlets and offer customers a good and rewarding experience
- Plan and put in place infrastructure, processes and systems to operationalise the retail outlets seamlessly
- Oversee the design, upkeep and regular refresh of merchandising to make the outlets attractive and entice customers to view and buy
- Lead and oversee the retail teams, ensuring that they provide delightful customer service
- Oversee stock management in the retail outlets
- Oversee the cost of operating the outlets, ensuring that they are cost-effectively and efficiently run

**Requirements**:

- Minimum S1 from any major
- Having 5+ years of experience in consumer goods company
- Experience in analyzing retail performance
- Willing to be contracted for 1 year

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Gaji: Rp20.000.000 - Rp23.000.000 per bulan
