Risk & Claim Administration Officer

Job Descriptions:
- Monitor and documenting all given services from third parties based on agreed contract.- Collect documents from ship owners or shipping agent ssuch as Fixture Note, Bill of Lading, timesheet etc.- Prepare the Shipping Transfer Order (if any) to related internal functions- Key in all transactions in SAP timely and accurate- Collect and prepare the sale contract for each shipment- Perform all claims processes that occured based on insurance claim standard procedures- Perform all shipping information documentation for further analysis and follow-up- Track and documenting the given quality of services from third parties surveyor.- Plan and match the contract of purchase / sale with plan of shipping activity- Perpare all incoming invoices for payment process- Track the payment of claim process and record it.- Communicate and follow up with the vendor for overdue bill payment status
