**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (S1), majoring in Accounting/Finance/Auditing
- Have minimum 5 years of experiences in Risk Management
- Have minimum 1 year of experience in managerial level
- Have knowledge and experience about finance and management
- Have knowledge and understand business strategy
- Have experiences in Auditing ISO are preferred
- Have knowledge of quantitative risk management
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Perform planning and implement a comprehensive risk management process for company and/or subsidiaries
- Determine and measure business risk which fit-in according to the specific business of company and/or subsidiaries
- Establish policies regarding the number and tolerance of risk that company can accept
- Report the results of the risk assessment, risk register and top risk of company and/or subsidiaries in an appropriate manner to stakeholders
- Provide explanations, education and socialize on understanding internal and external risks, as well as corporate governance to stakeholders
- Conduct final checks on company work unit procedures and policies (except Projects)
- Support in obtaining the required Certification (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, P2K3, as well as other certifications according to the needs of company and/or subsidiaries
- Cooperate with company's internal and external auditors
- Provide support, education and training to the Team to continuously improve their capabilities and quality of work
- Carry out coaching, counseling and mentoring to maintain and improve team's morale
