Set up Production planning based on Confirmed Order, Safety Stock Replenishment, other inquiries and Production capacity.
- Ensure confirmation on the Production Plan with the Production team and supply planning.
- Monitor, plan, and propose RM/PM replenishment based on Demand Forecast, Supply planning and inventory level at Pulogadung plant.
- Maintain Safety Stock replenishment for both FG and RM and stock accuracy.
- Update order status for local and export
- Ensure Production Order are confirmed one day after production with Production Team
- Prepare regular reports.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree with a major in Chemical, Industrial Engineering or Economics
- Experience at the same capacity of at least 3 years
- SAP knowledge and Experience for Inventory Management and Planning module
- Good communication in English and able to deliver presentation.
- Good Analytical skill to production planning data, AMU, Batch variance, Yield report, inventory accuracy and replenishment and managing stock level.
