Persyaratan

Min Bachelor degree in Environment Engineer, Safety and Health or Chemical Engineer.

Min 5 years of experience as HSE in Manufacturing.

Have K3 Safety-Ministry of Manpower Certificate, Fire Fighting License.

Excellent communications skills to pass important messages (precautions) to workers and management.

Must have in-depth knowledge of occupational health safety.

Management experience.

Tanggung Jawab

Responsible on procedure and working instructions related to Safety. Include safety program (Safety campaign, safe working permit).

Manage safety team to achieve control, monitoring and implementation of safety and contract governance in line with company policies and procedures.

Develop, maintain and improve the business integrated management system to underpin safety and operating standards.

Ensure the site is legally compliant in all aspects of safety and support the head business unit of the safety management system.

Support activities to reduce accidents, incidents, customer complaints and internal quality deviations.

Maintain a high level of awareness and positive attitude towards safety on site.

Work with other departments to ensure continuous improvement are in place within companies.

Investigate unsafe acts and situations and take measures to prevent recurrence.

Interpret existing environmental regulations and develop plans to drive continuous improvement actions.
