- Deep understanding in multi distributors sales operations
- Strong drive to make things happen and can influence in multicultural setting
- Proven ability to meet exceed business target
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussion on problem indetifications and recommendations evaluations
- Proven end to end project management capability to drive complex and ambigous projects
