- 1-2 years' experience handling administration services
- Computer literate
- Good communication

Tanggung Jawab
- Supporting in agent registration, in terms of received and validate agent registration document and forward to DO
- Act as liaison between Sales Support and Agency coordinate with all unit
- Handling customer walk in and send customer inquiry and document to related department
- Monitor work of job and validate presence of Security and Office Boy
- Manage and distribution stock of printed material or logistic
- Managing petty cash and office expenses
- Supporting Agency's activities
- Perform administration duties to support Branch Manager
- Act as e-Smart help desk
