Sales Admin - Semarang

The Sales Admin will support the Sales Executive to identify business opportunities and manage partnerships with feed mills, negotiate on the selling price and monitor the price, in terms of documentations needs.
This role will report directly to the Sales Executive.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Support the Sales Executive to establish contacts and develop relationship in the region
- Supporting the Sales department for any kinds of documentations needs
- Doing archiving for documents for Sales needs
- Create sales activity reports for data sales recap needs
- Maintain the quality of accurate reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree business management, engineering, administration, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as admin.
- Strong logical and critical thinking.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Ms. Excel and Google Sheets.
- Able to communicate using English (speak & write).
- Willing to be placed in Semarang.
