Persyaratan

Diploma degree in any major, with minimum 3.00 GPA in reputable university.

Minimum 3 years of Sales Admin/support experience.

Resides around Grand Wisata or Tambun.

Business English both in written and oral communication (Must have certification: TOEFL, IELTS, etc).

Business communication skills with common sense.

Positive attitude towards work/Ambitious about work/Discipline in time/Have a sense of responsibility for one's work.

Has proper Excel skill.

(Only CV in English will be processed) Tanggung Jawab

Making Inquiry, Quotation, Purchase order & order confirmation.

Making weekly sales reports from the system.

Making Schedule delivery, form delivery sheet, follow process delivery.

Prepare documents for Invoice (Manual and Portal website Customer).

Check Invoice from vendor for send to customer.

Control stock at warehouse and control stock forecast.

Other related tasks as assigned.
