Sales And Marketing Manager - Hospitality Industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies revenue growth and market share orientation.
- Supervise and manage sales and marketing team and give direction and assistance to attain sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to guarantee that sales initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategies (corporate and group sales, catering, and event sales)
- Establish and sustain connections with key customers and client.
- Track and analyze sales data to pinpoint chances for enhancement and make decisions based on sales data analysis.
- Oversee and controlling sales and marketing budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any field related to the position
- Experienced minimum 5 years in hospitality, hotel or restaurant sales industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill to building relationships with key clients.
- Strong leadership and managerial skill
- Proficiency in handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Ready to work in adaptable hours, which may include evenings and weekends, as required

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
