Main area focus is East Java. Works closely with the Precast and Ready Mix customers via providing high level of commercial and technical support such as business development, driving new sales, winning new customers from competition, market mapping ,rapport building with customers. On occasion to also perform on site testing, usage optimization, and conducting technical trials on site. Strong interaction required with local functional team (customers service and logistics) and daily/weekly interaction with the National Sales Manager to shape commercial approach supporting both commercial and technical activities. Objective is to secure market share and increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue and profit for the organization.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Experience in one or more construction segment such as the Precast, and the Ready mix industries is ideal, but experience in building materials supplied to construction industries is welcomed
- Possess a good technical background and understanding of the needs of construction markets.
- Work within a high level of autonomy, priorities setting and customers focus to respond on timely manner all times.
- Travelling to customer meetings and sites are essential
- Meeting Sales, Commercial KPIs in terms of revenue and profit margin
- Market Intelligence data gathering to share with Marketing and R&D
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor/Master Degree level orientated in Construction/Civil engineering
- Other diplomas/ Educational background shall be considered coupled with significant exposure and proven success within construction industries segment
- At least 4 to 5 years experience in Tech Sales in Building Materials
- Solid character with an optimistic approach, excellent communication skills and rigorous self-organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attitude for selling approach and empathy with the customers.
- Available to travel 4 Days+/week in the whole area.
- Computer literate and comfortable with Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook, Powerpoint.
- Fluent in English a plus.
