Persyaratan

Hold minimum Diploma degree.

Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Engineer in Pump industry.

Experienced in Government projects.

Willing to achieve sales target/target oriented.

Able to communicate in business level English.

Wiling to perform mobile works.

Wiling to be placed in Central Jakarta.

Good communication and leadership skill.

Good in communication, relationship building and negotiation.

Good interpersonal skill and enjoy meeting people.

Pro-active, result oriented, high commitment, and flexible to travel to meet clients.

Able to work under pressure.

Tanggung Jawab

Creating a sales strategy to increase market share.

Do business development activities to expand the business and increase the client's number.

Achieving sales target.

Controlling work progress in Sales department.

Negotiating tender, contract terms, and conditions with clients.

Analyzing cost and sales.

Compiling and analyzing all sales data.

Maintaining existing clients and keep building the good relationship with them for continuous order.

Able to do efficient presentations to clients in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Coordinating all sales and sales support to achieve the company's target.

Providing weekly sales reports to Manager & Director.
