**Mission/**
**Position Headline**:
Plans and executes sales targets with assigned portfolio. Provides deep technical knowledge in an assigned BP portfolio and advises both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate BP products effectively. Gains revenue with assigned portfolio
- Switch targeted customers with a,hunting approach.

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Has a strong sales background in the field of HVAC and Building Automation. Develop the business in Indonesia and promoting our comfort portfolio in local market.
- Supports the respective sales organization of the unit in approaching and serving potential customers.
- Has a strong networking with local consultant, end customer and building up to the reseller concept business for HVAC field devices.
- Work closely with our current exiting business partners and to add more business partners in the comfort business.
- Advice both sales organization and customers how to use and integrate Siemens' offerings effectively. Highlights Value selling, advantages, benefits.
- Organize & execute sales visits to existing customers (based on account list).
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance,
- Identifies market and customer opportunities, gain market share with assigned portfolio
- Ramps-up new products for assigned portfolio elements
- Supports sales in converting defined accounts from competition acc. to agreed target customer list
- increases share of wallet with assigned customer and portfolio base
- Creates respective technical and commercial concepts and offerings to support the sales process.
- Plans and completes consulting assignments to industry partners on technical and commercial level.
- May take responsibility for new orders or consulting projects.
- May take responsibility of country Sales Ambassador for BP HQ
- Identifies developing business opportunities

**Experience**:

- Marketing and sales in product business (1-2 years)
- Product management (1-2 years)
- Education:
Bachelor or master's degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
