**Role Purpose**:
- This position is responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process, from lead generation to order processing and after-sales support. This position also has to manage customer databases, monitor inventory levels, facilitate customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.
**Key Accountability**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and maintaining sales records.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and facilitate the sales process.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from order processing through to delivery and after-sales support.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
- Attend sales meetings and provide recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, providing administrative support as required.
**Qualifications & Working Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative role.
