**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
**- **2 years experience as a salesperson, field-based, direct-selling target oriented
- Have a valid SIM C and willing to drive a motorcycle to support mobility
- Preferably with 1 year experience as a sales supervisor in targeted cities with good understanding of local market. Ideally is a Bandung native.
- Familiarity with working using Excel / Google Sheet

Job desc:

- Daily Visit Mex/agent Kios total 25 Agent per day
- Daily Push Linked OVO and Transaction Mex 10 per day
- Maintain Existing and new agent to be active and productive
- Education to all segment agent on area focus online or offline
- Update Competitor activity and price market
- Create local program or initiative program to get optimal revenue
- Daily report to leader about the day activity area
- Lead the tim under Area Focus tobe perfom by KPI and target
- Maintainance Reguler or agent kios on area focus
- Supporting Merchant Operations of South & Central Sumatra
