Persyaratan

Maximum 35 years old.

Hold Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Architecture.

High conversational in English.

1 year experience as Sales Manager in Building Material industry.

Experienced in the process of construction projects and dealing with contractors, developers and logistics partners.

Has extensive relationships with contractors, architects, consultants and end users.

Computer literate & excellent in MS Excel.

Willing to work in Bekasi.

Tanggung Jawab

Responsible as sales function.

Lead the sales team to achieve company's target.

Create sales report to Management.

Make offers to customers.

Ensure the delivery of customer orders according to customer requests.

Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding order requirements or specifications.

Handle, manage and provide solutions to customer complaints properly and correctly.

Identify and take action with the approval of superiors to prevent discrepancies related to the sales function.

Monitor prices, designs, use of components and quality of competitors' products, which are then reported to superiors.
