**What will you do**
- Manage sales through business plan development.
- Set individual and team sales targets.
- Track sales goals and report results.
- Oversee sales team activities and performance.
- Coordinate with marketing to bring in prospects (lead generation).
- Developing the team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge.
- Promote organizations and products.

**We believe you have**
- Selling printing machines is a must-have skill.
- Recognize the market for printing machines.
- Proficiency in English is required for reporting.
- SAP-based reports.
- Has 3 years of printing business experience.
- Maximum 45 years old.

**Salary**: Rp25,000,000 - Rp35,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Printing Industry: 3 years (required)

**Language**:
