Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal

Researching and recommending new opportunities.

Develop, creating and implementing sales strategies to meet target

Monitoring and being responsible for the achievement of the Sales Team/Staffs

Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Public Relation or Related Majors

Minimum 2 years proven experience as Sales Manager

Have Client Database preferable for CSR Program

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational and project management skills able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in data analysis

High comfort and tolerance to manage stress and role demands

Able to travel to customer locations around Indonesia outside the city

Experienced in venue management or theme park industries will be an advantage
