**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research on a global scale.
- Champion the promotion of Miki Worldwide, overseeing all worldwide business activities within the market.
- Establish and expand a prospective client database.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers.
- Drive the sales of Miki's global products.
- Regularly visit and engage with agents for effective business development.
- Ensure diligent follow-up on offers, gathering feedback to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Prepare and submit weekly activity reports detailing accomplishments.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives aimed at bolstering the global brand.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated sales experience of 2-3 years within the travel industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in working autonomously while achieving objectives.
- Proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
- Exceptional sales skills, characterized by persuasive communication and negotiation abilities.
- Prior exposure to working with wholesalers is highly advantageous.

**Salary**: Rp25,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month
