Sales Operation Supervisor

**Location: Padang / Palembang / Yogyakarta / Makassar**

**Job Responsibility**:

- Responsible for achieving Budget Sales, Numeric Distribution Buying Outlet (BO), and Active BO according to its Channel
- Listing new products
- Distributing products & developing distribution areas
- Responsible for running program execution
- Join visit & field coaching distributor team
- Supervise SPG/MD operations at outlets
- Build communication and foster relationships both Internally/Externally

**Qualifications**:

- Min. education S1 All Majors
- Min. 2 year experience as Supervisor, having worked in FMCG Company is preferred
- Good communication, leadership, and creative problem solvers
- Able to analyze data and execution in the store
- Target oriented
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Placement is preferred according to domicile
