Responsible for achieving financial budget including revenue and profitability in-line with the overall business expectation.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement in South East Asia and develop effective sales strategy with approval of NSM
- Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external) and negotiating major deals/project.
- Collaborate effectively with project team (internal sales) and technical support engineer to achieve better result in handling all projects.
- Ensure integrity and keep daily record of CRM (Ostendo and Hubspot) in good order system and maximise sales effectiveness.
- Join regular meetings and 90 days sales workshop and event.
- Liaise with Market Research & Development team regard to marketing collaterals such as projects spotlights or case study.
- Ensure leads are being followed up to all projects and maintain clients satisfaction.
- Maximise all marketing collateral documents in use when meeting or engaging with clients
- Have a minimum of 1-5 years experience as a sales consultant in the lighting manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with the lighting industry
- Familiarity and good understanding of market specifications & our clients (Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Interior Designers, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Can speak English fluently
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Problem solving skills in managing complex, high value, multi-stakeholder projects independently from start to finish
- Requires a valid driver's license
- Highly motivated and proactive, team oriented attitude
