**Sales Specialist - East Java**:

As a Sales Specialist - East Java, you will be responsible for sales of products low voltage in East Java accordance with strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Reporting to Sales Manager - Channel, you will be building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities. This position is based in Surabaya, Indonesia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Selling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Divisions.
- Strong networking with panel builder, contractor and consultant
- Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes, and supporting collection and project management activities when needed
- Preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering is advantage
- Should have selling, presentation and analyzing skills
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
