Job Description Develops A Business Plan And Sales Strategy That Ensures Attainment Of Company Sales Goals And Profitability In Project Channel.Develop The New Project Distributor And Spec In Products In Each Segment Like Residential/ Hospitality/Industry Etc.Maintain And Support Current Distributor To Further Develop The End Customer Like /developer/contractor /OwnerAssists In The Development And Implementation Of Marketing Plans As Needed. Proposal And Training The New Products Knowledge To The Customers Like Architect/Consultant/DesignerRequirement 3-5 years sales management experience level in similar industry.Under 35 years old.College degree or above.Have had new employee orientation, safety training and required working related training.Fluent in English Communication.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to lead, coach, and develop team with high team spirit.
