Sales Supervisor

Requirements:

- S1 from any major
- At least 2 years experience as a salesperson, field-based, direct-selling target oriented, covering Sukabumi and greater areas up to Cianjur
- Have a valid SIM C and willing to drive a motorcycle to support mobility
- Preferably with 1 year experience as a sales supervisor in targeted cities with good understanding of local market
- Familiarity with working using Excel / Google Sheet
- Fulfill the supply of the sales team according to the needs of the sales team in the area
- Manage acquisition and retention sales team
- Manage Agent Network
- Carrying out coaching and teamwork with the sales team
- Responsible for the OKR Area targets
- Accustomed to working collaboratively with other divisions
- Can provide ideas or initiatives according to the needs of the OKR target
