Sales Trainer (Formula Milk Product)

**Responsibilities**
- Create training materials and perform information presentations about products
- Development, revision, and optimization of training materials
- Collaboration with Sales Management to assess the training needs of customer and professional sales for all assigned solutions
- Track, measure and evaluate training programs to demonstrate value and educate others on plans and results

**Qualifications**
- Min. Bachelor's Degree majoring in nutrition / food technology
- Have a min. 1 year experience as a Sales Trainer in dairy products (infant formula milk products will be preferred)
- Strong leadership, public speaking, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in project handling or training
- Available for business trip, up to one week at a time, as required.
- Willing to full WFO (Mon - Fri ; 08.30 - 17.30 at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta).

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
