- Roll-out MM template for customers.
- Implement new business change request based on current solutions.
- Manage and monitor the deliverables in projects.
- Consult and make sure daily operation run smoothly and effectively.
- Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI's.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services.
- Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps and solutions to these gaps.
- Perform system configuration, functional test, SIT, UAT support, go-live and post go-live support.
- Create functional specification and work with technical team for change requests.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years' experience working in implementation/rollout full life cycle SAP projects as MM consultant.
- Strong knowledge and experiences in P2P process.
- Expertise in Analyzing business requirements and mapping them to SAP solution.
- Experience in business printing, preparing functional documents, preparing testing scenarios and configuring SAP MM.
- Good working knowledge in one or more related SAP module is plus, especially PP.
- Knowledgeable of SAP ABAP, iDocs, LSWM, BAPIs, Enhancement framework.
- Be able to use English fluently for communicating.
- Have process knowledge in FnB industry is a plus.
- Speaking/writing Indonesian language is a must.
- Experience in working with Indonesian customers.
