Scrum Master

The scrum master (SM) is job is to work with the Scrum Team and Allianz Life and/or Allianz Utama to increase the transparency of the artifacts created by the Scrum Team by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.

**Responsibilties**:
Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption.

Planning Scrum implementation within the organization.

Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality

Promote the values, and principes of Lean Thinking, Agile and Scrum.

Promote a culture of scientific method and hypothesis driven experimentation
Minimum 5 years of involvement in Product Development lifecycle and minimum 3 years as Scrum Master

Having minimum bachelor degree or equivalent from computer Science, Software Engineering or IT education background

Having relevant certification such as Formal Scrum, Kanban or DevOps fields qualifications (e.g. PSM, CSM, PSPO, CSPO, PSK, DOL..)

Experience in insurance or financial industry is strong plus
