**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform full spectrum of professional administrative tasks for Sentral Senayan Office Towers department and Manager, including letters, memos, invoices, correspondence and phone calls from tenants
- Manage tenant database and assist in formulating policies, procedures, guidelines, and contracts
- Maintain an efficient and effective administrative filing systems
- Liaise with internal and external parties to arrange meetings, coordinate and follow up complaints

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor degree holder from reputable university, majoring in Business Administration, Secretary, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fully professional English skill required (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated, disciplined, well-organized with high attention to details, adaptable, fast learner, cooperative and assertive
- Japanese or Korean language skill would be an advantage
- Computer literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
