Seller Onboarding & Education Manager

As the Seller Onboarding and Education Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding and education of sellers on our e-commerce marketplace. You will streamline the onboarding process, develop comprehensive education programs, and build strong relationships with sellers.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in seller onboarding and education in an e-commerce environment.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate and engage sellers.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with sellers and internal stakeholders.
