**Placement: Jakarta**

**Working Arrangement: Hybrid**

**Main goals**:

- Training, coordination of work, and management of a group of account managers (communication takes place in English and Bahasa Indonesia);
- Building business processes, training, and team development (independent management of clients in exceptional cases);
- Preparation of reports, presentations, and commercial offers for clients;
- Calculation of media plans;
- Assistance in marketing research;
- Work with analytics platforms and MMPs.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in leading Customer Success teams or in a relevant role within an advertising agency, particularly focused on Customer Success;
- Proven track record of managing teams for at least two years;
- Passion for cultivating robust communication channels and empowering team members;
- Collaborative, open-minded, and supportive approach to teamwork;
- Demonstrated eagerness to swiftly acquire new skills and knowledge;
- Proficiency in understanding social media analytics and staying abreast of current trends;
- Strong ambition to advance within the digital sphere and contribute meaningfully to its growth.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
