**About The Role**
As a Senior Brand & Digital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's image and presence in the market. He/she will lead a team of dynamic professionals, driving brand campaigns, activation strategies and digital marketing initiatives to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
Responsibilities of this role will encompass
overseeing the planning, execution, and measurement of brand marketing efforts, ensuring that the brand remains top-of-mind and resonates with consumers.
- Brand Strategy development, execution and refinement to ensure alignment to overall
company and brand objectives and resonates well with target audience.
- Team Leadership by way of providing clear direction, mentorship and support to the brand
campaign and activation manager and digital marketing manager, fostering a collaborative
and results-driven team environment
- Campaign management - overseeing development and execution of brand campaigns,
ensuring they are effectively communicating brand's value proposition, addressing brand
challenges, and connecting with our target audience.
- Activation Strategies - Lead, develop, and oversee activation and PR strategies and action
plan implementation ensuring that they effectively communicate the brand's value
proposition and connect with our target audience.
- Digital Marketing - Close collaboration with digital marketing manager and team to develop and implement
marketing, social media marketing, and ecommerce as necessary.
- Budget Management - Ensure brand marketing budget usage in efficient and effective manner, making data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively and maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Performance Analysis - Continuously monitor and analyze performance of brand marketing efforts, using KPIs and data insights to optimize campaigns and initiatives
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely and collaborate effectively with other departments such as Retail, BD, and within marketing function to ensure a unified brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Market Research - Oversee research projects for market, consumers and shoppers to ensure understanding of brand health and performance, as well as gain insights to be leveraged for future initiatives,
while staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions and maintain brand's competitive edge.
- Reporting - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, detailing the impact of brand
marketing efforts on brand equity, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
**Key Qualifications**
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, preferably with degrees in Marketing, Public Relations, Economics, Business, Management or relevant fields
- Min. of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, with proven track record of leading successful digital centric brand campaigns experience - with at least 1 brand digital centric - or at least 2 years of managing brand / product marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and social media
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to adapt to changing market condition / consumer preferences and work in a fast paced environment.
